A 24-hour hackathon where developers, designers, and dreamers come together to build projects from scratch and compete for amazing prizes.

Rules & Regulations

General Guidelines

  • Teams must consist of 4-5 members.
  • All code and hardware must be developed during the 48-hour hackathon period.
  • Use of open-source libraries, frameworks, and hardware modules is permitted.
  • Projects must be original and created during the event.
  • Version control (Git) is strongly recommended for all teams.
  • Respect all participants, organizers, and mentors.
  • Maintain a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Follow venue rules and regulations at all times.
  • Report any issues to organizers immediately.
  • Violation of rules may result in disqualification.
  • NOC should be provided for all participants.

Software-Based Hackathon

  • Projects must use software (web, mobile, desktop, or AI/ML) as the primary deliverable.
  • Any programming language or framework may be used.
  • Third-party APIs and open-source packages are allowed with proper attribution.
  • Teams must submit a working demo along with source code.
  • Pre-built templates or cloned repositories are not permitted.

Hardware-Based Hackathon

  • Teams may use microcontrollers, sensors, and standard electronic components.
  • Hardware modules and open-source firmware are permitted.
  • Teams are responsible for bringing their own components and tools.
  • A brief demo of the working prototype is mandatory during judging.
  • Pre-assembled kits presented without modification are not eligible.

Submission & Evaluation

  • All projects must be submitted via GitHub before the deadline.
  • A pitch deck (PDF or slides) must be uploaded alongside the code.
  • Projects will be judged on innovation, technical complexity, design, and impact.
  • Each team will receive 5 minutes to present and 3 minutes for Q&A.
  • Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Facilities & Support

  • Wi-Fi and power outlets will be provided at all workstations.
  • Refreshments and meals will be provided throughout the hackathon.
  • Mentors will be available to assist teams during hacking hours.
  • A first-aid station will be on-site at all times.
  • Remote participants will have access to a dedicated Discord support channel.
